If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item:

Is unused and in its original packaging
Includes proof of purchase

Email us at support@audiofade.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, used earplugs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
